As a production employee (m/w/d) in Augsburg, you take an important role in the ongoing manufacturing process and make sure that the production runs smoothly, cleanly and according to requirements. In this position you work close to the individual process steps and keeps in mind quality, order and security.

• You manage, monitor and control the individual production processes at your assigned workplace.
• You carefully check the measured values and protocols according to the prescribed recipe and packaging instructions.
• Order and safety in the work area are reliable and consistent.
• Cleaning and cleansing of the workplace are just as important to your everyday life as a structured workflow.
• Shield books and machine books can be traced and documented.
• You work according to operating and working instructions and implement the requirements in the ongoing production process.
• In the team, you will ensure that material flow, quality of work and effluent stability in the daily business.

We are looking for

A reliable production employee (m/w/d), who works carefully, is looking for a job and is also concentrated in shift operation.

• readiness to work in the 3-layer system (breakfast layer, late layer and night layer) is required.
• You work exactly, responsibly and keep an overview even with clear specifications.
• Safe handling of simple documentation and protocols is advantageous.
• Technical understanding and a good eye for cleanliness, order and quality support you in everyday work.
• Work according to recipe, packaging, operating and working instructions is easy for you.
• Team skills and a reliable appearance complete your profile.
