In the course of the ongoing organic growth, we are looking for a dedicated, team-oriented building manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time, who is responsible for coordinating and implementing construction projects in the construction sector. You coordinate projects in construction in the region and develop them independently. You serve the public and private clients competently and are contact persons for all project participants. You control compliance with quality, costs, appointments and guidelines of occupational safety and ensure compliance. You coordinate subcontractors, calculate construction services and are responsible for the follow-up management. You support the creation of offers and the further development of processes.

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering / architecture with a focus on building construction or training as a construction technician. You bring experience in the control of demanding construction projects. You have sound engineering, construction contract law and commercial know-how and are primarily familiar with the regulations, standards and guidelines in the building industry. You are a team player, can motivate people, take responsibility and think in solutions. You have good user knowledge in MS Office as well as dealing with a costing/calculation software (e.g. RIB iTWO).
