Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Developing and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, quality, energy and environmental regulations Operating management of about 40 employees of the production, storage, maintenance Development of production targets and KPIs for effective management of responsibility and consistent cost management to ensure product quality, planning and monitoring of production and budget Development and implementation of a location strategy as well as a roadmap focusing on the optimization of processes, workflows and plants – as part of our company-wide transformation Providing continuous change processes with Lean methods Implementation of maintenance and investment projects and representation of the plant to business partners, authorities and other parties

Successfully completed studies (or technicians) in the field of process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or comparable qualification Ideally already relevant professional and leadership experience in a producing company, preferably from the building materials industry or process manufacturing – also in dynamic environments with change processes Self-sufficiency in the work – team player in the leadership team, enforceable, communication-strong and with pronounced hands-on mentality Knowledge of EHS and Lean Management
