Project Manager Customer Training (m/f/d)

What you expect The customer training department is responsible for the training of our customers for the entire product portfolio of KNDS Germany. As a project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the implementation of product training in the national and international environment with predominantly military customers. The following main tasks await you: · You are responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of training projects for national and international customers · The coordination of course and project activities with the individual KNDS departments and subcontractors is part of your exciting task to prepare and carry out the training. · Creating course concepts and training needs analyses is the basis of your successful work · The further development of course concepts and corresponding specialist researches also include responsibility · You support your department, as well as other project areas in the distribution and creation of complex offers · An important part of your task will be the preparation and execution of product presentations, project reviews and audits · In addition, cooperation with commercial departments, development and other areas is one of your tasks · Finally take over the technical support of the configuration management / course catalogue for content and implementations

· You can demonstrate a successfully completed university study, preferably with a scientific orientation, preferably pedagogy, · Your good knowledge of project management convinces us · English in word and writing (''GERS'' C1 or higher) are of course · You bring well-founded experience in the design and implementation of the adult and continuing training field.
