Consultant for Contracts and Contracts - Helping to shape, find solutions and shape the future of mobility (m/f/d)

You carry out award procedures on your own – from the conceptual preparation and preparation of the tender documents to the control of the entire process, including coordination with stakeholders, to the evaluation of the offers and the final award. You support team- and project-related implementation of the ongoing contracts with railway companies as well as the monitoring of the contractual performance requirements and take part-projects independently as part of the contract implementation. You inform about your projects within NAH.SH as well as the state of Schleswig-Holstein and support the public work of NAH.SH. You represent the other project leaders in the field of awarding, among others, in the case of absences. You work in the team, bring you partnership and solution-oriented and support the further development of processes and interfaces in procurement and contract management.

You have a degree (e.g. administrative, economic or legal) or an education that will enable you to fulfill these tasks. You ideally have experience in procurement, contract or project management. You are safe in dealing with different stakeholders and have very good communication and negotiation skills. You work independently, responsibly as well as structured and carefully. You are routined in dealing with MS Office, especially Excel. You like to work in the team and are interested in public transport.
