We are looking for the next possible time for our department billing in full time – limited for two years one/n Senior Consultant (m/m/d) Senior Consultant (m/w/d) A411-KFO The focus is exclusively on the billing of orthodontic services.

In our team billing “KFO” you check and process the bills of orthodontic performance and thus contribute to a reliable and regular billing. You shall ensure the completeness of the documents and carry out the factual-calculated examination in accordance with the applicable accounting rules, contracts and directives. You will be in contact with our member practices and clarify technical questions. This means You process and check orthodontic accounting from submission to accounting for cost-holders You conduct the factual-computer test independently You take over the correspondence with the practices and answer questions about the CFO bills You provide telephone and written information and support the practices in billing-related questions

A completed training as ZFA or the like (see above) Good and comprehensive knowledge of the dental accounting system of the KFO type is essential. Good ways of handling, binding occurrence for telephone contacts Good PC user knowledge (current version MS-Office) Secure knowledge of German language and spelling Loadability, motivation for teamwork, openness, discretion and independent working
