Solution ManagerIn Rail - Signaling (w/d/m)

You guide the development of continuous signal technology solutions for underground, long distance and city railway projects You define the system architecture including control, train control, ATP/ATO, ETCS, CBTC as well as track-side equipment You ensure compliance with international railway standards (e.g. CENELEC EN 50126/8/9, EN 50159, EN 50155, TSI) and advise on RAMS, cybersecurity and functional safety (SIL) You support the alert analysis and create competitive technical offers including scope definition, system boundaries and technical assumptions You tune cost calculations, risk assessments and the technical feasibility of the solutions and accompany customer presentations and negotiations You actively shape product strategy and roadmap, identify opportunities in digitalization and automation, and explore market trends as well as new technologies

You have many years of professional experience in signal engineering, in particular with control systems (ideally electronic control units) Funded knowledge of ETCS (level 1/2/3) or CBTC systems as well as in ATP/ATO solutions Experience with communication protocols in rail traffic as well as with CENELEC standards and safety life cycle processes You have detectable expertise in technical offering management or in the development of complex solutions A deep understanding of system integration and interface management completes your professional profile You have very good German skills (C1), good English skills and readiness to travel
