Your main tasks: ✓ You lead and motivate your team to work together successfully on our construction sites. ✓ You plan, tax and monitor our projects and ensure a timely, quality and cost-oriented implementation. ✓ You calculate offers, keep costs and results in mind and contribute to the economic management of your projects. ✓ You promote the professional development of your team, conduct employee talks and accompany the incorporation of new colleagues. ✓ You ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and relevant laws and DIN standards. ✓ You coordinate the cooperation with customers, internal trades and department management and ensure a smooth project run.

Your profile: ✓ You have a successfully completed training for the painter and painter master (m/w/d). ✓ You bring well-founded professional experience in painter and painter crafts and ideally first or multi-year leadership experience. ✓ You are characterized by strong leadership, communication and social competence and understand how to motivate employees and develop them professionally. ✓ You have a good business understanding and experience in the costing and economic management of projects. ✓ You work structured, responsible and solution-oriented. ✓ You are safe to use MS Office and ideally with industry-specific software.
