You work on real projects, develop strategies for talent generation and help build teams that implement the heat transition. You are helping us win the best professionals for Montamo – from craftsmen to helpers: Application management: You are looking for applications and assists in the selection of candidates. Interview preparation & coordination: You accompany the entire interview process and take discussions yourself. Employer Branding & Event Management: You support implementing measures to position Montamo as an attractive employer. You will also introduce your own ideas for targeted campaigns. Content & Communication: You bring ideas to optimize our job advertisements, design social media postings or create small video clips and posts for our career site – always with a view to our target groups in crafts.

You are currently enrolled in a business-oriented or communication-oriented study program (requires a practical placement). You want recruiting, personal marketing and real teamwork. You bring first experience in communication with people – whether through side jobs, university projects or internships. You are structured, proactive and work independently. You speak and write fluently German – clear, friendly and binding. You don't just want to look, you really want to help.
