Management of Line Managers and Responsibility for Cross-Historical Coordination of Logistics Lines
Ensuring 100% delivery capability while maintaining quality and cost targets
Own-sponsored management of (partial) projects for process optimization and increase of efficiency
Optimization and design of material and information flow (storage, transport, external service providers)
Analysis of performance indicators and implementation of improvement measures
