They plan the Tour Disposition Pickup and Delivery with respect to the legal and contractual requirements and the economic utilisation. They ensure product-oriented collection and delivery. They continuously improve the KPI’s with focus on the areas of economy and quality. They process complaints and requests for collections and delivery. They are a contact person for the service partners in the daily business. They are responsible for the creation of rolling maps and other administrative activities within the department.
