Your tasks:

• Full object support
• Operation, exercise and Maintenance of building equipment Equipment
• compliance with all safety regulations
• Demand message to the object manager (replacements, Guarantees)
• ensuring the proper performance and Contract performance
• inspection procedures, troubleshooting and remediation

Your profile:

• Completed craft training
• At best good knowledge in the areas of sanitary, heating, Climate, refrigeration and electrical engineering
• Embossed service and customer orientation
• Self-employed and structured work
• Good knowledge of German
• Basic knowledge EDV (MS Office package)
• Class B driving licence
