Holistic solution-oriented accompaniment of managers in the daily business including labour law topics. Leading HR support in the integration and growth of the United Therapie Group. Unification and optimization of HR processes and control of HR projects to establish an efficient and digital mode of operation. Creation of reports, evaluations and list maintenance for data-based derivation of measures.

Successfully completed commercial training or an economic study. 3 – 5 years of relevant operational HR experience, ideally already as a HR/HR and/or HR-generealist in the middle and/or group environment. Hands on mentality, impressed consulting skills and strategic vision to further develop the United Therapy Group structurally and culturally. Safe in working law and accompanying complex personnel topics. Passion for data, key figures & analytics – decisions you meet with a structured working method. Interest in process standardization, automation & modern HR/KI tools.
