Completed commercial training or studies, ideally related to personnel, sales or management Multiannual experience in staff services, ideally with leadership responsibility Embossed skills in employee management, customer communication and operational disposition Sales affinity and sovereign appearance at the customer Structured, solution-oriented operation with high self-initiative
