Control and prosecution of the fulfilment of conditions for the authorisation of new ships for maritime transport, such as the provision of a vessel crew certificate, a vessel measuring certificate and stability documents clarification of requirements for admission, processing levels and necessary evidence and certificates Preparation and implementation of the delivery of complex delivery items such as ships and training facilities to the customer on the basis of contractually specified conditions Identification and analysis of technical and regulatory challenges to control timely and efficient processing Interface management and ensuring effective communication and cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders Creation of activity-related project procedure instructions, admission and acceptance documentation and project-related reporting Central contact point for test drives for the various stakeholders and the driver's team to provide information, to coordinate feedback and to inform about the planning stage Implementation of administrative and back office activities before and during seafaring Support in developing business-related, cross-project processes, standards and tools, as well as in ensuring knowledge transfer

Completed (Bachelor) studies in BWL, Nautics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Shipbuilding or a related field / or training as a shipping business / woman First to multi-year professional experience (2-5 years) in a comparable position, desirable in the maritime industry and/or with reference to the Bundeswehr Readiness to travel, approx. 20%, among others Basic technical understanding in the field of marine vessels Communication strength, solution-oriented thinking Very good organization and time management Structured and careful working, ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems
