Your tasks...

• As a CNC lathe (m/w/d), you can add several years of experience in turning to conventional, cycle-controlled or computer-controlled lathes or lathes
• manufacture of shafts and shaft-like parts
• Preparing and selecting tools, setting measuring devices, maintaining and archiving tool and process data
• Self-locking workpieces in processing machine, clamping and aligning, producing components, characterizing components
• Work orders according to specifications, read out the necessary information from completed work documents (signments, work plans, etc.)
• Control the dimensional accuracy and quality of the workpieces (e.g. according to the test plan, drawing, standards), assess the measurement results, change and document the processing process in case of deviation, possibly also independently, (=machine measurement)
• take over the pat function for machine and workplace, participation in project groups,
• Promoting teamwork, support for upstream and downstream
• Processing operations (e.g. directing points, references, procedure)
• Read or call tool data and processing programs, determine reference points

Your profile...

• A completed training as a metal specialist (m/w/d) ideally as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d).
• Multiannual experience in turning machines with Siemens 810D, 840D controller.
• Professional experience in individual parts production
• The willingness to work 3 is absolutely necessary (breakfast-shot-night in the week change), willingness to occasional Saturday work should be present
• Experiences on horizontal lathes of FA. MAG Böhringer DUS and VDF series, Weingärtner, GMTK, Traub and Mazak.
• Reliability, team capacity, care
