Successfully completed graduate or master's degree with a technological focus or a comparable training Long-term experience in project management with professional and lateral guidance, relevant project management certification is advantageous Representative communication and social competence, as well as promoting the initiative and motivation of project members Excellent moderation and presentation skills, strategic perspectives, networked and structured thinking skills Self-safe and positive occurrence against internal and external stakeholders: Knowledge of agile working methods and experience with agile working methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
