Welding specialist in service customer service (m/f/d)

Welding work in the customer service: Own-responsibility to carry out bolt welding work with various materials – including steel, stainless steel and aluminum – directly with the customer on site, always in accordance with applicable standards and regulations Maintenance & maintenance: Maintenance, repair, calibration and maintenance of bolt welding equipment and pistols to ensure trouble-free operation at the customer Quality assurance: performance of quality controls and complete documentation of the welding work carried out Project assignments nationwide: Planning and implementation of welding projects and service orders with the customer throughout the federal territory Consulting & training: expert advice and training of customers in terms of welding technology and bolt welding processes – as a competent contact person in the field of external services Interface work: Close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments to ensure smooth service Compliance: Compliance and documentation of all relevant safety and environmental regulations

Qualification: Complete training as a welder, welding expert or comparable qualification – supplemented by a sound technical basic understanding Professional experience: Multiannual practical experience in welding – ideally in technical service or customer service Examination competence: Experience in performing welding tests and certifications System competence: Secure handling of CRM and ERP systems as well as MS Office readiness to travel: high readiness for nationwide customer operations – this is a central part of the position; Driving licence class B required Personality: Self-sponsored, responsible working combined with strong team and communication skills
