Foreman for gas station construction - civil engineering / site management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the work preparation and coordination of personnel and equipment use for our petrol station construction projects. You will ensure the proper implementation of the construction design by comparing the construction plan with the execution documents and checking the plant planning. As the first respondent on the construction site, you will be able to sign your own employees and the after-contractors. You ensure consistent compliance with quality standards and safety and accident prevention regulations. In close coordination with the building management, you monitor dates and costs and work with the construction site documentation.

You bring a completed training in the building industry, ideally complemented by a further training to the polish, technician or master (m/w/d). You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and provide the willingness for a nationwide assembly. Their knowledge of construction processes, design details as well as relevant regulations and quality standards are well established. Persuasive as a communication-strong personality You can use your structured working methods and your ability to enforce your business and team. You communicate safely in German (C1 level) to ensure smooth coordination at the construction site.
