Your duties

• Responsibility for a team of 8-15 cleaning staff and quality of cleaning and service services in our objects
• Management, motivation and operational planning of the employees:inside
• Introduction of new cleaning forces
• Contact person:in for customers:inside and interface between client and team
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Planning, control and optimization of workflows
• Material and ordering

Your profile

• Complete training/training to the object manager or comparable qualification desirable
• Multiannual management responsibility in building cleaning desirable
• Professional experience in a comparable position of advantage
• Organisational skill, enforcement ability and high quality awareness as well as high communication skills
• Team-oriented, independent, communicative personality with leadership experience
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Class B driving licence
