Specialist Planner Technical Building Services (TGA) (m/f/d)

Creation of customer-specific planning and design of energy-efficient, systematized and economical supply engineering concepts for industrial and power plant constructions Implementation of necessary calculations (e.g. heating load, heat and refrigeration networks, air conditioning and ventilation) Creation of performance directories and tenders, support for the award and implementation of construction and assembly monitoring Integrale cooperation with internal departments such as electrical and control technology, construction engineering and coordination of external service providers and planning offices

Successfully completed engineering studies with a corresponding or comparable focus on energy, building, electrical, process or supply technology Multiannual professional experience and industry experience handling REVIT (BIM) and 3D planning programs desirable At least basic knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines Self-employed, structured working methods, team skills and flexibility IT skills required in dealing with current MS Office programs Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing required
