Conducting and coordinating digitalization projects to optimize our internal processes Development and implementation of innovative digital solutions in cooperation with internal and external partners, in particular: design and implementation of AI platforms (e.g. Langdock) Development of our ERP system and integration with AI processes Structure and Development of Document Management Systems (DMS) Conception and Implementation of Data Warehousing Solutions

Analysis and evaluation of new technologies, in particular in the field of AI and GenAI, to improve efficiency and effectiveness Responsibility for project management from conception to successful implementation Support in the digital transformation and promotion of digital culture within the company

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Knowledge of agile methods and common project management tools Experience and enthusiasm for current developments in the field of AI/GenAI and their fields of application Knowledge of Data Engineering and Analytics Ideal experience with SharePoint and Data Warehouse solutions Experience in project management, preferably in the area of digitalization or IT Impressed analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach High self-initiative and independent work Communication strength and team capacity Very good German knowledge (min. B2), good English knowledge
