Accounting of all transactions and settlement of payment transactions Responsibility for receivable management with, inter alia, guiding open-post lists, tracking receivables and performing reminder runs Maintenance of tenant accounts and performance of value adjustments Creating owner bills and accounting of operating and heating cost bills Creating sales tax pre-registrations as well as security management

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the real estate sector in the field of accounting and rent accounting First experiences in accounting for commercial or commercial properties are advantageous Safe appearance, a high level of communication and a pronounced sense of service in dealing with owners, tenants and technicians
