You control and coordinate projects independently – from the first idea to the successful implementation in the regular operation. You keep all threads together and work closely with teams at different locations. You organize and moderate project meetings efficiently and ensure clear, timely decisions. You identify risks early, document them and develop pragmatic solutions together with the team. You develop the business model strategically and drive the expansion. You define the necessary IT tools, product strategies and internal support structures. You agree with relevant stakeholders within the group. You define KPIs as well as growth phases and take concrete steps to further develop.

You have a degree in BWL or a comparable qualification You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and have already managed project teams You are sure to set up and tax complex projects – from planning (time, resources, budget) to implementation You work in a structured manner with milestones, KPIs and clear success criteria and you can handle your project controlling at any time You are used to work across areas and bring together various stakeholders (e.g. sales, logistics, operations, finance) You communicate confidently at management level, present results clearly and bring very good knowledge of German and English with You are ready to travel occasionally
