Service Consultant (all*) for family doctors

Customer service & communication: You are the first contact person for home physician:inside and practice teams – by phone, by email and letter Solution-oriented work: You accompany and attend special cases and find individual solutions together with our customers: Process management: You actively support all processes related to our successful healthcare model “Peter-centred Care” Documentation: You are responsible for the careful handling and documentation of all customers:internal contacts Teampirit: You work with us in a dedicated, value-adding team that supports each other

Ideally, you bring first professional experience in healthcare Empathic working and joy in helping people – you’re going to address the concerns of our home doctors: Communication strength, word affinity and text-proof - you can express yourself clearly both oral and written Safe handling of digital tools and programs as well as the willingness to work on new systems Openness for changes, readiness for learning and the desire to continuously develop Individual initiative and motivation to actively shape processes You don't have to know everything, but want to learn everything
