Team leader IT compliance management (m/f/d)

Leadership and management tasks: In coordination with the Head of Unit, you build your compliance team and then take over its personal leadership and professional leadership. You also represent the Head of Unit. Legal regulations: You develop and establish an appropriate and effective IT compliance management system with your team and, as a regulatory body, ensure that the operational areas of the IT business organisation, including the outsourcing and services, know and comply with VBL’s legal regulations and obligations regarding their IT usage. Contact point for IT compliance topics: For external and internal audits and inquiries addressed to the IT department and related to the aspect of regularity when using information technology, you will take the lead, provide information, provide appropriate documentation and provide required evidence. IT documentation: You develop and establish with your team an order for IT documentation, the subject of which is the used information technology and the associated IT business organization, including outsourcing and services. Risk Management: Together with your team, you are the central point of contact for the management of IT risks and for general compliance issues of the IT department.

Education: You have completed relevant university studies, for example in (Technical or Applied) Computer Science, Business Informatics or Law and Business Administration (each with a focus on information technology) or equivalent skills and experience. Experiences and knowledge: You can use expert and personal leadership experience in the IT environment. Expertise: Embossed knowledge and practical experience in the field of IT compliance will help you. Personality: You are characterized by high language competence in German. In addition, you have very good written and oral communication skills and points through good relationship management. Working: The ability to work in an interdisciplinary and systematic way is your particular strength. Analytical thinkability, problem-solving competence and enforcement capability are the key features.
