for our own restaurant and the event gastronomy, which we are building at the opening of the Kulturraffinerie K714. This is an unlimited full-time job. The basic salary is between € 48.000.00 and € 60.000,00 per year, depending on the qualification and experience

Construction, operation and operational management of our new restaurant with roof terrace directly on the Rhine and the event restaurant (e.g. pre-concert and pause care, banquet) Ensuring highest quality standards in service and gastronomy Budget planning, cost control and optimization of sales Representation of our house to guests and business partners Leadership and motivation of your own service, restaurant and kitchen team Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene guidelines Responsibility for all aspects of the Gastronomy Organisation

Complete training in hotel industry or gastronomy, ideally with further training to the R&B Manager or business economist Hotellerie/Gastronomy with multi-year professional experience Organizational designer with figures and results orientation Strong communicative skills, sovereign appearance, well-kept appearance and team spirit Passion and professional enthusiasm Interested in rebuilding a cultural and tourist hot spot.
