Here you are As part of the Digitalization & Innovation Task Force, you are actively involved. In market research, you support new trends & technologies and prepare the results for the relevant stakeholders in an address-oriented manner. You will also help with the organization of the team, including the preparation and follow-up of workshops and regular appointments (refinements, dailys, etc.). The optimization of the use of our IT systems and infrastructure is in your area of responsibility, as well as accompanying training. For new technologies (e.g. Python, GenAI or Workflows), you design Use Cases and implement your own prototypes with appropriate prior knowledge. Last but not least, the creation and updating of documentation are your tasks

That's what you bring You are an immatricated student (w/m/d) from the 3rd semester ideally with the focus on banking, business informatics, data science, computer science or comparable priorities You have a good understanding of process processes, IT system relationships as well as bank operating requirements In addition, you can quickly analyze complex (e.g. economic, or technological) relationships and represent them convincingly In any case, you control the MS Office package, especially Excel You have very good communicative skills as well as knowledge of German and good English First knowledge of modern technologies (e.g. cloud environment MS Azure, Python, GenAI, JIRA, Prototyping), programming and/or experience in agile methodology are also advantageous. You are a communicative team player and actively brings you Your profile is rounded off by a quick understanding, a pronounced analysis capability and a responsible working method
