Successfully completed IT studies or comparable training At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in the collection of metrics of complex infrastructures including Operating systems, applications, databases, etc. Very deep knowledge of AI based analysis methods At least 6 years of experience in the collection, storage and evaluation of logging data Finded experiences about interference chains (automated / manual) Very good skills, developed methods and concepts to present to a wider audience Very high analytical skills in the final 2 end service planning including reliable German and good English skills Very good communication skills (orally/written) on the levels customer, solution architecture and module or Service architecture Very high demands and motivation to capture cross-border service chains and to analyse and optimize them beyond the core areas ITIL V3 certification desirable
