Our unit serial purchase is responsible for the construction and service purchase of our subsidiary Vonovia Technical Service and Vonovia Wohnumfeld Service. Strategic Purchasing: You are responsible for purchasing construction and services for our properties in the Greater Berlin area. The focus of your activity is on the development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for services in the area of housing renovation and repair for customers: women/ emergency services and the maintenance of technical facilities Supplier management: You develop our regional service provider:internal network. You take over the acquisition, qualification and auditing of your service providers. You conduct market analyses and plan the strategic development of our service providers:inside, as well as their capacities and areas of application Debates: You take responsibility for the entire negotiation process, as well as the negotiation preparation and preparation of the negotiations and prepare recommendations for individual projects and framework agreements.
