More than 50,000 customers are heating with natural gas, over 40,000 with district heating, which comes to over 90 percent from waste heat and heat coupling. More than 140,000 electricity customers can rely on the municipal works as reliable energy suppliers. You develop independent business models in energy trading, structure complex products and optimierst hedging strategies. You support customers and sales in developing individual energy solutions and bring innovative ideas to the interface of portfolio, risk and sales management. You analyze regulatory developments, guide their impact and implement measures in energy trading. You evaluate new commercial products, build partnerships (e.g. PPAs) and win new trading partners. You work closely with portfolio management, sales and strategy on product development and pricing optimization.

You have successfully completed your studies in business, economic engineering, energy management or a comparable field of expertise. You bring first professional experience in the energy industry, ideally in commercial areas. You have pronounced analytical skills and have programming skills. You are also already familiar with the tariff, price and product design in the energy market. Through your safe and convincing appearance, you can clearly and understand complex energy-economic relationships.
