In the emergency call service you are the helpful hand on site. When an emergency call starts, drive to our customers, provide support and organize further help. You provide security and are a calming contact person in emergency situations. Your tasks: Readiness to call from home within a fixed shift plan Acceptance of alarms from our home emergency center Key transport and door openings for KVB or rescue service Technical assistance and support in the erection of fallen persons (health aid) Implementation of life-saving first aid measures
