Property Manager - WEG / Portfolio Management (m/f/d)

You work in full-time or part-time and benefit from flexible opportunities in individual working hours You are responsible for your administrative resources in all their facets You perform a service-oriented correspondence – whether by telephone or in writing – and are the central contact person for owners:inside, tenants:inside, suppliers:inside, service providers:inside, supplier:inside and authorities You prepare WEG collections professionally and carry them through – from billing creation and economic plans to the care of decision collections and protocol control you have everything under control

You have completed vocational training as a real estate businessman with further training to the audited real estate manager or a similar qualification You already have 3 years of professional experience in real estate management or a comparable position. Ideally, you have knowledge of the DOMUS 4000 administrative program (with Navi) or comparable software and are safe in handling MS Office. You show team orientation and bring yourself into our daily work with a lot of own initiative. You have a class B licence at best You have fluent German skills and good English skills in word and writing
