Real Estate Clerk Contract/Notary (m/f/d)

In your role as a real estate specialist, you are responsible for the audit of real estate contracts, such as purchase or rental contracts, while always looking at the purchase price payments from the real estate contracts.

This means:

assignment and monitoring of basic debt orders, assignments and cancellations assignments of serviceability as well as building load entries Competent contact for internal interfaces, such as the financial sector or the Germany-wide real estate Close exchange with the land register office, courts, notaries and authorities System maintenance of basic books and the management of real estate agents

Successfully completed legal training (legal attorney, notary, etc.) or property-related training (immobility businesswoman/mann) Professional experience in real estate or legal fields, knowledge in basic and contractual law Self-employed, structured and independent High reliability combined with operational readiness and team capability Good knowledge of SAP
