Project Management Board Energy Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Controlling costs, controlling and reporting processes for energy infrastructure projects including monitoring of orders, invoices, bookings, guarantees and provisions Processing and provision of commercial project data for planning processes such as liquidity planning, billing and ad hoc evaluations Support for commercial project manager in budget planning, budget monitoring and adjustment Participation in construction site accounting and auditing in cooperation with the technical project manager and participation in construction site visits and construction meetings Documentation and assurance of knowledge transfer through participation in project meetings, coordination rounds and Lessons-Learned workshops Temporary representation until 30.09.2027 with regular team meetings (monthly) at Hannover, Bayreuth or Bremen locations

Completed commercial training with specialist training or business studies (e.g. BA or VWA) Insufficient professional experience in project controlling, ideally in civil engineering Funded knowledge in the application of costing and accounting software, especially RIB iTWO, as well as safe handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint Experience in handling ERP systems, preferably SAP Good understanding of the commercial contract processing, in particular with regard to accounting, payment terms and follow-up management Standing for regular office presence (at least two days per week) and project-related travel
