Working hours

• The position is applied alternately between middle and late layers:

• Week 1 (35 hours/week): Monday to Friday: 12:30 to 18:00 (incl. 30 minutes break) Saturday and Sunday: 05:00 to 10:30 (incl. 30 minutes break)

• Week 2 (25 hours/week): Monday to Friday: 16:00 to 21:30 (without weekend service)

Your duties

• Ensuring daily staff placement and attendance control incl. Creation and adaptation of service and deployment plans
• Regular quality controls of cleaning services
• Monitoring of material and textile equipment (wish covers, cleaning cloths etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with performance directory, hygiene requirements and RKI guidelines
• Close coordination and regular communication with the responsible object manager
• Contact person for the cleaning team for technical and organizational questions

Your profile

• They have leadership competence, organizational talent, sense of responsibility and high quality standards.
• Ideally, you already have experience in building cleaning or healthcare.
• You have at least good knowledge of German in word and writing.
