Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Analysis, recording and documentation of existing business processes and identification of optimization and automation potentials Advising the departments in the digitization of business processes and the use of AI to increase efficiency Identification, evaluation and monitoring of AI applications to support and optimize existing processes Planning and moderation of workshops for the acceptance and prioritization of technical requirements Modelling and optimising business processes as well as creating technical and implementation concepts Assessment of the impact of new requirements on existing processes and system landscapes Translation of technical requirements into technical specifications in close cooperation with development and IT teams Control and support of process, digitization and AI projects until the successful introduction of new solutions Support in testing, acceptance and ensuring sustainable process documentation and establishing best practices

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis or Process Management Experience in the analysis, optimization and digitization of business processes Interest in artificial intelligence and their practical use for process optimization; ideally first experience with AI-based tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or comparable solutions) Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength and experience in the moderation of workshops and cooperation with different stakeholders Technical understanding and experience in cooperation with software development and IT Knowledge of process modelling and requirements management Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
