Designing With Responsibility – You take your own projects from the first idea to the final implementation: social media content, presentations, flyers, coffee table books and more. You'll get room to find your own ways of solving, not just editing briefings. Sparking Change – You introduce perspectives that are still missing in the team. New tools, new formats, new angles to our brand. You will also accompany the entire creative design process together with your team. Brand Stylist – You don't just understand how our brand looks, but why it looks like that, and you're making decisions in the sense of consistency.

Background – You are in the field of study (communication) design or a related area. Experience – Ideally, you already bring practical professional experience, whether through student work, internships or training. At best you know the basic processes and requirements in the field of modern Art Direction and implement this knowledge in practice. Technical Skills – You are familiar with the G-Suite, modern office tools and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) to create static and animated content for a variety of applications. You also know AI tools like Gemini. Ideally, you also have pre-experience in dealing with AI image generation tools like Midjourney. Design - Savviness – You are passionate about interior, real estate and lifestyle topics. Paired with your sense of aesthetics, you will always find the right ideas to make content exciting and targeted.
