Strategic expansion and expansion of the Automotive / Industry / Motors division within the Avanco Group Analysis of market potentials and trends in the high-performance environment for engines and drive solutions Identification and qualification of business opportunities Supporting existing customers and the acquisition of new customers responsible for achieving sales and earnings targets Provide sales and market reports support the further development of price policy, cost calculation, production portfolio and marketing strategy participate in trade fairs and customer events Support of tenders and tender processes Cooperation with engineering, marketing and external partners to develop tailor-made solutions Support for certifications and certifications Observation of market and competition and deriving recommendations for management

have completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, BWL or engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in business development, sales or project management Experience in the automotive/industrial sector, ideally focusing on Power Train (requestable) Fiber composite knowledge would be advantageous Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI), experience with ERP systems desirable Embossed communication capability, safe occurrence, customer orientation, reliability, self-employment have the willingness to travel can have conceptual and analytical skills German and English knowledge in word and writing
