You are the first contact person:in for our tenants:inside and take care of their concerns – on the phone, by email or personally on site. As a service professional, you will find solutions for the questions and problems of our tenants: both stay friendly and professional in demanding topics. You will learn how to carefully prepare and review relevant documents such as rental contracts, additional cost accounting and exposés. You work closely with your colleagues in the housing and our craftsman organisation. Your vocational school is the BBA - Academy of Real Estate Management in Berlin. Here you learn the theory that you can apply directly in your working day.

As part of three-month operations, you can get to know the management of housing owners communities at ecowo GmbH, Vonovia's external service or other business areas – in your vicinity or in nationwide use in another city.
