Station 6 is a station with 36 beds and focal points in urological tumor surgery and stone therapy. With modern methods and specialized technology, we accompany patients individually and promote the healing process in a confident atmosphere. Management, technical management and organisation of the station in close cooperation with the nursing director Implementation and continuous development of care concepts as well as close cooperation with the medical administration and other professional groups Staff deployment planning as well as training and targeted development of employees Ensuring the efficiency and performance of care by analysis of stationary reporting Ensuring holistic care and professional communication with patients, relatives and employees

Completed training as a health care and nursing caregiver*in, ideally with leadership experience Qualification for station management, e.g. by studying in nursing / health management or a corresponding further education Secure computer skills Organizational designer with strong communication strength, professional and social competence and willingness to shape the corporate culture Sovereignty and decision-making and skill in the management of employees Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
