The responsibility for the structural design and further development of our IT service portfolio in cross-departmental cooperation lies with you. To do this, you take over the management and coordination of the IT service portfolio by organising meetings, ensuring coordination with relevant stakeholders and actively accompanying the strategic development of the portfolio. You are responsible for the quality assurance of the IT services in the portfolio by continuously reviewing their performance, users:in-satisfaction and cost-effectiveness and initiating optimization measures in cooperation with the service managers. In addition, you will support the managers from the departments and IT in the collection and maintenance of IT services. You take care of the development and coordination of the IT service portfolio requirements for integration into the Configuration Management System (CMS). In addition, you are responsible for networking with relevant stakeholders:inside (IT-Change management, IT operation, business continuity management, IT service continuity management,...).

You have a degree in business informatics, economics or a comparable degree. Experience in IT service management, preferably with ITIL® certification, will help you. You have knowledge of portfolio management methods and tools. You can demonstrate consulting skills and a pronounced abstraction capability. Very good communication skills as an interface between departments and IT complete your profile.

Salary: In addition to a collectively regulated remuneration (share agreement for private insurance) and extensive social benefits (including occupational pensions) we offer you a future-proof workplace.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Any overtime paid is, of course, paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
