Market analysis and due diligence: support in the implementation of market and competition analyses Conducting due diligence audits of potential fund investments in the area of private equity and venture capital Collection and analysis of financial, operational and strategic indicators

Investment assessment and modelling:Development and maintenance of financial models to assess investment opportunities Implementation of cash flow analyses and modelling of investment scenarios Support in the development of investment decisions and reports for the investment committee

Portfolio management:Association in monitoring and analysis of existing fund investments Creation of regular portfolio reports and performance analyses Support in identifying value enhancement potentials in existing investments

Reporting and Documentation:Developing Presentations and Reports for Investors and Internal Bodies Maintenance and updating of internal databases and documentation Ensuring compliance with compliance and reporting standards

Communication and cooperation: cooperation with other team members and external partners, including consultants and managers of funds Participation in meetings with fund managers to discuss strategies and performances Preparation and support of pitch presentations and business development meetings

Research and trend analysis: Implementation of market and industry trend analyses to identify new investment opportunities Analysis of macroeconomic trends and their potential impact on investment strategy

Administrative support:Support in preparing internal processes and administrative tasks Maintenance and updating of CRM systems and other relevant contact and investment management tools

A successfully completed university degree, preferably focusing on business management, finance, economics or a comparable field. Additional qualifications or relevant certificates are advantageous First professional experience or internships in the field of private equity, venture capital, investment banking or related finance. Experience in financial analysis or due diligence is particularly desirable A high level of competence in verbal and written communication as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international (team) environment A strong willingness to face new challenges, with a high self-motivation and the pursuit of continuous improvement and further development The ability to work independently, while paying attention to details and doing tasks with great care. A quick understanding to quickly engage in new topics and to develop solutions effectively A high level of structure and organizational talent to process different projects in parallel and reliably comply with deadlines. The ability to keep an overview and set priorities even in stressful situations
