Production of plan documents using CAD systems (performance phase 1 to 5 of the fee bill for architects and engineers) Support in the preparation of tender documents for object monitoring (performance phase 6 to 9 of the fee bill for architects and engineers) Creation of structurally required calculations Takeover of the system support of the planning software CAD Provision of technical data of properties Takeover of building stock data management Participation in the application for the setting of the new peace building value in accordance with the replacement school financing regulation Participation in the preparation of presentations for diocese decision-makers Working with the processing of digital images for internal and external users with various software products (e.g. Photoshop, GIMP, CorelDRAW)

You have completed vocational training as a state-tested technician (w/m/d) in the field of civil engineering or construction technician (w/m/d) or comparable training. The safe handling of EDV (especially the current MS Office products, VIS document management system and image processing programs) is not a challenge for you. You have good knowledge of CAD planning software as well as cost planners and tendering software. You have extensive knowledge of public and private building law (BauO NRW, VOB, HOAI, BauGB). Self-employed work, organisational skills, sense of responsibility, discretion and team skills are of course for you. Flexibility and ready-to-use features.
