Employee Accounting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the timely and correct billing of our transport services in the field of chemical and FTL logistics, with a view to quantities, prices and conditions. You check transport data, freight papers, documents and billing-relevant documents for completeness and plausibility and explain inconsistencies directly with the relevant departments. You make sure that agreed prices, supplements and special services are correctly taken into account and billed. You are an important interface between disposition, billing, customers and other internal contacts and ensure that open questions are quickly and solution-oriented. You can continuously improve billing processes, identify optimization potentials and actively contribute your ideas to efficient and digital processes.

You have successfully completed a commercial training and ideally you have already gained experience in accounting, specialist processing or in the commercial sector. You work carefully, structured and reliable, and you enjoy keeping track of many different processes. You're a student and have a good understanding of commercial relationships. Experience in forwarding or logistics is a plus. Excel and MS Office are part of everyday work for you. You can safely edit, check and evaluate data and enjoy working in new systems and digital tools. You communicate clearly and bindingly, you like to work with different interfaces and address tasks independently as well as solution-oriented.
