From the Wallenhorst site, you work closely with our (Key) account managers for Benelux and support them in international customer support You take over the telephone and written customer support with two other team members You'll be practicing article data and content to keep our products in the right light You accompany necessary processes with the customer and engage in good long-term customer relationships You're puggling customer data and evaluations to ensure success in the long term

You speak and write Dutch at a very good level, ideally you master French Customer orientation and good relationship management characterize you You like to organize your working day independently You have learned a commercial profession or bring good commercial knowledge with You can work with Word, Excel and Outlook You create solutions by understanding customer requirements and using you for them You like to work in the team You can ideally work full time for us
