Inspection Planner (m/f/d)

In the focus, you are responsible for the inspection planning and create production, goods receipt and goods exit inspection plans in the CAQ system. In addition, you produce stamp drawings for the respective production stages according to the work plan and make sure that all test plan documents are kept up-to-date for drawing or process changes. You implement customer and customer-specific requirements in a standard manner, verify quality planning and prepare them for the transfer to serial operation. In the area of the FMEA, you take over the moderation and creation of process FMEAs in close cooperation with the responsible departments. You update existing FMEAs, take into account customer requirements and present the results to customers and audits as needed. In addition, check and verify software updates of the CAQ system in the test planning and FMEA modules.

You have completed vocational training in the metal sector and ideally have first professional experience. Communication and team skills, a safe handling of MS Office as well as a good understanding of quality standards and core tools of the automotive industry. In addition, you bring strength, loadability and a reliable, structured way of working.
