The range of tasks ranges from procedures for obtaining planning rights for infrastructure projects through the promotion of municipal transport projects and the PNV, the granting of concessions and line permits by passenger transport law, the licensing procedures for large-scale and heavy transport, the supervision of road traffic authorities, driving licence authorities and licensing bodies, to the tasks as upper road control and upper road traffic authority.

We are looking for you to participate in the design of the mobility change in the Arnsberg government district in the field of promotion of municipal road construction, near mobility, railway crossing matters. Your main tasks include: Promotion of municipal road and cycle path construction: You are responsible for advising local planning bodies with regard to funding opportunities and for submitting applications in the areas: Near-mobility/rail transport infrastructure (promoting guidelines local mobility) Local road construction (promoting guidelines for municipal road construction). Examination and settlement of requests for funding: You shall take over the technical and economic examination as well as the processing of applications for funding, including the verification of use. Project reference: You accompany the projects in all phases – before, during and after the construction. Participation in specialist groups and bodies: You actively participate in professional working groups and meetings of political bodies.
