Core tasks in management Close, trusting cooperation with the management Pre- and post-processing of: Management dates Social and advisory meetings Internal decision-making Communication & preparation, compaction of complex facts on: Decision notes Management summaries Presentations (including film formats) Creation of concise, addressable documents for: Management/Management/External Stakeholder Ensuring clear messages – few words, clear effect IT-Affinity & project support Content support of IT and digitalization projects Interface between management, IT & departments Support in request definition, progress control & management reporting Ability to translate technical content understandably Operational participation & special topics Active cooperation on strategic special projects, organisational and process issues and cross-disciplinary initiatives independent processing of defined topics on behalf of management Thinking, thinking, stopping – not a pure “working” Coordination & control Coordination with internal and external contacts Coordination of tasks, appointments and decision-making processes Ensuring liabilities and transparency Trustful treatment of sensitive information
