In our WABE-Kita Weltenbummler in Tornesch we are at home all over the world. You can also support the team as an educator in the crib area. You take over the deputy direction of the institution, support the administrative tasks of Kitalltag and actively take over the education and care of our children. Together with the management, you work closely with authorities. Partnership with parents is also very important to us. The “Open Education of Mindfulness” is the cornerstone of our work and is based on our central guides for participation and child orientation. On this basis we live a living and constructive relationship - in professional communication in the team and in encounter with the children. A completed training as an educator is absolutely necessary. Training for the Kita specialist *in is desirable, but we do not require it.
